Please be advised as follows:
1. Background screening is required at the prospective tenant's own expense (non-refundable).
2. Rent includes internet and community amenities; water covers up to $100 monthly and electricity covers up to $150 monthly.
3. Off-season (May-August, 2024 and Oct 2024) rental price would be $1600 ; seasonal rental (Nov, 2024- March, 2025) would be $2500 every month. Plus additional tourist tax if lease term is less than 6 months.
4. Additional cleaning fees of $160 will be charged for each reservation.
5. One month rent is required before move-in as the security deposit.
6. No pets and no smoking.
7. Condo is not available for rent for the months of September, 2024 and April, 2025.
